Archiland Contractors is a construction company that also runs a business selling tiles and materials, with 5 offline stores and 2 online stores.
Additionally, I created eye-catching social ads and monthly posts, designed outdoor display signs and business cards, and managed multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
We regularly photographed and edited images of newly arrived tiles and materials for website updates.
We also held weekly meetings with the sales team to gather design and marketing requests. Following the CEO’s decision to expand online after COVID-19, we managed two existing websites while developing two additional online stores with a consistent style and structure.
Managing five different websites required balancing design and marketing while adhering to unique branding guidelines for each.
The challenge was ensuring consistency within each brand while efficiently handling similar projects across multiple platforms. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of strong brand identity and visual guidelines. Additionally, stepping into eCommerce introduced me to customer support, where engaging directly with shoppers provided valuable insights into their needs and expectations. Through collaboration with the product manager and developers, we streamlined website updates and enhanced the overall user experience.
